We take a look at the power of the ‘beautiful game’ with Thapelo Kaplens, the captain of the 2008 South Africa Squad that participated in the Homeless World Cup, and Demetrius Wren, the American film maker who documented the sporting and personal journeys of the SA squad members, in the film STREETBALL.

Award-winning novelist, Elizabeth Nunez talks to Christabel about her latest book,Anna In Between‘, which was selected for the NALIS 2010 One Book, One Community Reading Project, in her homeland, Trinidad.

Nunez, whose latest book is called Anna In Between, talks about the themes raised in the book, including the price of immigration, and the relationship between the African American and Caribbean community.
