The film Prince of Broadway is about a Ghanaian immigrant, whose dream of making it big in the US is turned upside down, when an ex lover shocks him with life changing news.

The film’s co-writer and Director, Sean Baker tells Christabel Nsiah-Buadi how he ended up casting a Ghanaian newcomer in the lead role and why Academy-award nominated Lee Daniels threw his support behind this movie.
